Book editing carried out for talent consultancy

Having previously written award-winning books as marketing collateral, Navigate B2B was asked to help a talent consultancy bring their latest publishing project to life.

Align Learn Do, which specialises in helping companies optimize their learning and development function, had previously published two books and requested an editorial eye over the third, Narratives & Numbers: 7 steps to proving learning & development’s value (for sale on Amazon).

Navigate B2b received a developed draft from the author, and assigned one of our talent industry specialists Mary Appleton to digest the content and propose how to take it final.

We worked closely with author, proposing new a few additions and changes and also collaborating with Co:Lab Agency on visual elements to get the volume ready for publication and sale.

Narratives & Numbers now sits alongside Align Learn Do’s previous 2 volumes as a powerful example of their L&D expertise, extending its brand visibility and value beyond its core propositon as a consultancy.
